That's how I was with Finaflex Stimul8; it's fucking crazy. If anyone has a high tolerance to pre's, that shit is for you. I couldn't handle it lol

I know a lot of people don't like C4 and think it's shit but it always works for me. I've never had a problem with it. I've tried a few others and they were too much for me. They would make me too jittery, the itchy tingly feeling in your face, my chest would get red and splotchy, and my face would get red.

C4 doesn't do shit for me unless I take 2 scoops. Pump Ignitor and assault are my two favorites.

The tingling, redness, itchiness, hot feeling comes from beta alanine, which is what gives you the energy. The more, the better. Sadly, the more, the more side effects, too

Im on a new pre/post called atp mechanix. The founder was talking me last week and got me on it. No sugars no artifical flavor no stimulants other than ba and creatine And a full amino acid profile (all 20 not just 4) tastes like shit but so far works amazing, no lie tastes exactly like stomach acid tho. Targets the central nervous system and gets you focused.

    http://atpmechanix.com

    From the site

"Many products available to athletes help boost energy and output to perform at a higher level at a single moment in time. Unfortunately to accomplish these results the products and supplements use harsh stimulants to force the body into higher output, which can tax your nervous system and adrenal hormones. This can potentially cause your nervous system to engage in a negative fight or flight response, taxing both your body and its nervous system, leading to longer recovery and weakening its return."

65 for post and 55 for pre. So like 120 for a month serving. But on it you wont need to be on protien powder its got full amino acid profile so the protiens already broken down for you they reccomend only taking it as your only supp other than vitamins and shit...all the body builder bros are gona hate me for this but honestly protien powders useless unless you just want extra calories or are using it as a meal replacement, its expensive chocolate milk and full of sugar if you want protein in your muscles after a workout take amino acids cuz it goes strait to the blood, protien has to get broken down into aminos any way. Why make an extra step for your body?

I watched em test this stuff on crossfit games athletes and oly lifters in san luis they would take there blood before and after workouts and thats how it was developed after a couple years.
