You only got 13 trade in on an 11? A friend of mine just traded his 2010 sr5 dc 4x4 in on a 4runner and got 19k.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
They are the same, only thing that's changed is the front clip design and minor interior details, otherwise the Tacoma is the same as it was in 2005. Makes it a lot easier for the aftermarket companies to come up with good stuff for them.

Do whatever you want to your truck. You obviously want to hear what you want to hear and not listen to what others have said about the parts you are putting on your truck.

I think lord helmet has an attitude.
All I said was I like my K&N filter.
Obviously I'm just an ignorant putz who doesn't know any better.
Thank you for your permission to do whatever I want to my truck.
    Right back atcha.
    Feel better now lord?
It must be nice to know everything.
I thought that was a distinction for my wife. haha

Just traded in my 2011 for a 2015. Only diff is the time is not displayed at the same location. Is included in a screen with apps, radio, weather, gps, etc. I had 98K HARD miles on mine too & traded it in for a new model, which I doubt I'll put that many miles on in another 3 years! Same damn seat belt buzzer too!

I got $16K for my trade in, after negotiating their lowest price, & owe $14K for the new truck.

    Hope this helps.

Better idea, keep the 2011 and wait for a new Tacoma to come out. There is nothing different engine/trans/susp wise, only minor cosmetic changes in and out.

Why waste money on buying the same thing?

Ignorance is bliss. Seems like you're the one with attitude. Please come back and post your problems when you k&n cause the CEL on the truck and your suspension acts up thanks to the blocks and spacers you put on. Why do you post a thread and beg for input? and then don't like the input  Good luck with that.... putz haha

actually I was looking for a way to keep this thread alive.
I got one on the hook! thanks lord. I guess thats why you have that name.
I'll be sure to let you know when my truck falls apart because of all the stoopid stuff I did to it, so you can gloat. In the mean time, I just love my truck and all my mods. And that is what matters.
What else do you know about? Can you help me with my taxes too?
What about politics? I'm too stupid to kow who to vote for.
Can you help me with Obamacare? I'll bet you have ALL the answers.
    c'mon back

so why don't you like K&N intake systems?
I noticed a difference right away.
not huge but enough to notice.

The air filter is oil. That will eventually clog up the MAF sensor causing the CEL aka check engine light to come on and put your truck in limp mode. If you want a quality CAI then get the AFE Stage 2 Si CAI, that one comes with a non-oil filter and better designed then the K&N.

Yeah I thought the price was pretty low for 11 Tacoma. for 03-04 Tacoma then the price is spot on, not for 11 Tacoma with 123k. 16-18k would've been better. So it's already done.
