    So I got bored at work today and punched out some soft 1/4" thick neoprene rubber washers...

    Its a pain to get them inplace, but they keep the shackles from rattling around.

    Can probably find something similar at a hardware store or McMaster. Some big O-rings should work as well, and would probably be easier to compress.

    Anyone with any tips on how to install the front plate bumper with a Warn winch? Should I bolt the winch onto the bumper first then lift the whole thing in place?

    I'll probably be doing the install by myself, so I'll use an engine hoist to help with the heavy lifting.

    Thats what I did with mine.... the second time :anonymous:. I put the bumper on without the winch thinking I could sneak it in the top. Didn't happen, install the winch first and torque down.

    I dropped mine in after. Have to remove center brace, and also a little hard to get to the bolts from the bottom. Have to unbolt a few things to make room.
