Thanks bud. I'm pretty happy with the fitment of the passenger side. Used a laser level like you hang pictures with and hung it from my ceiling.

That is a great idea. I'll have to remember that when I get busy on mine.

But honestly I've only put around $3k into the truck since I bought it. You could do a lot more since you picked yours up for cheap

    Word!!

I'll be rebuilding the front knuckles and going to IFS hubs w/ Tacoma rotors & V6 calipers and an IFS rear axle hopefully next week.

Then I want to get Chevy 63's in before a wheelin trip on Dec 13... maybe even get high steer on by then.

I hear ya. Let me know if you need anything. I plan on relocating my rear shocks soon so I can actually see what kind of droop I can get out of my setup. I can get you measurements to go off of if you want

I dont know what I'm gonna do about rear shock mounts yet..

I kinda wanna mount them from the top of the axle vertically through the bed.

For some reason, I just don't like them mounted like /\ though I'm sure it's fine.

I have a feeling it will take me a few different "leaf swapping" sessions to get the rear pack how I want it. I got them off of a 2500 Chevy so it was like 7 leafs and I'm having to pick and choose what leafs to run. Think I'm gonna go with a 4 leaf pack and 6" shackles.

I'll be removing the front OME leafs out and replacing them with cut down rear '86 leafs for a true RUF pack instead of a RUF/OME hybrid.

Do your trucks have an LSPV? Ditch it for a manual valve if they do. That will give you plenty of room for shock mounting options.

I had already ditched my LSPV, but lemme tell you... having 100% rear brakes is not fun!

I was thinking about the manual valve yesterday.. Where did you get yours?

-Building a RUF pack (like $40 for another pack)
-Finding Chevys (I paid $25 for mine)
    -Bob the bed (FREE)
-Cleanup the axles and frames and give them a coat of paint. (cost of spray paint)
-Build some bumpers or sliders (Tubing, or pipe, is pretty cheap)
-Clean up and paint interior pieces (cost of paint)
-Clean the engine bay and fix some leaky gaskets if any.

You can buy a drop drag link from ProComp and run stock steering with the RUF springs, while you save for High Steer. (thats what I did)

Yea you don't want full rear brake pressure.

I got mine from FROR. It is a kit, comes with a Summit Racing valve and 2 adapters (one on each side of valve) to connect it to the toyota fittings. I have mine directly off the MC.
