Hello all, I just got an Avec 37'' SR LED Light bar. It came with a wiring harness already done, but also came with a crappy switch and i would like to change it to an OTRATTW switch. I have already done one OTRATTW switch but only had to deal with a red and black wire. The Avec one has an Blue, Black and White wire going to the switch thats already on there. I wanted to know if you guys had any good info on what goes to what. I have looked at where those three wires connect to in the fuse tap and the white is connected to the positive of the battery and the black with the black of the battery. The blue just is alone. If you have any advice that would be greatful, I will post up a picture tonight!!

    Thanks

If I'm not mistaken, the blue wire is a jumped off the white wire at the relay (if you have the Avec harness). I cut my blue wire away and ran it elsewhere so it wasn't getting power all the time. Blue is your 'trigger wire' for your relay. I cut that wire away and re-routed it to something that only has power when the ignition is on so I couldn't accidentally leave the lights on. I'll confirm when I get to my truck tonight and let you know what goes where.

I'll see what I can come up with. I can probably give you a wiring diagram, a picture won't show you much since all my wiring is loomed up and hidden. I just need to confirm which wire I cut and re-routed.
