I am ready for the winter now. Put the winter wheels on the Tacoma last week.

 

I'd be down for a meet/wrench/bs/cookout/whatever. lol we havent done anything in a long time.

POR15 your frame and never worry about anything...

 

POR15 and then top coat with regular paint (I prefer enamel based)*

por15 is great, but it isn't nearly as UV/weather/general wear and tear resistant as normal paint.

 

Yes por15 is great but the eastwoods I posted is for the inside of the boxed frame areas that are nearly impossible to spray,its designed with a special hose and nozzle to spray 360°and fit in to frame openings

 

Is this the young woman that had a problem with her employer after she picked up a heavy load, for the employer, and did some damage to the truck? The employer did not want to pay to fix the problem if I recall correctly. She may have reached a settlement with the company. I am not sure of the outcome.

 

Yep and it still hasnt be taken care of

At least you are aware of the problem. Still looks like a pretty decent real depending on the engine maintenance. I am not an expert but I recall the timing belt/chain needs to be replaced around 60K with this engine.

One of the things I like about the 2,7L engine is the minimal maintenance up to 120K. At 120K there is a significant amount of maintenance that needs to be done.

 

Yeah not really inerested in it IMO it to much money even tho it has low milage plus really want 3.4 eng.Im more familiar with it having put 200thousand mile on 1

 

Plus I have bid on a couple on some auction sites that Im watching but they are slow moving until the last minute

 

When you start looking at older vehicles the age is more important that the mileage unless you are a true collector and not an operator.

I'll keep an eye out from now on! do you come down towards lusby/solomons very often? we generally don't head that far north on 2/4 unless we are headed to my folk's place in Vienna/Tysons

 

We come down for dinner every once in awhile, or to stop by the hardware store, or just pass thru otw across the bridge
