That exactly the way I had it, piled on a tasty roll with a bit of horseradish.

It was darn tasty. I even sent a bunch down to a neighbor whos wife is in the hospital.

    Morning folks.

We do lights too. Kind of the same thing in our household - wife loves it, I tolerate it.
We've been talking about something like that for a few years. Aging parents keep us nearby though.

    Morning all.

I took the Halloween lights down two weekends ago. Expect I'll put up the Christmas lights next weekend. I like putting up the lights ... It's my Christmas "thing." :)

    That beef looks delicious.

Hope all are well today. :oldglory:

Morning Rob and Dave and all:wave:...

    :hungry::hungry: *me and the missus

Your a good man Mike. We have been married for 45 years and the only Christmas decorations I put up is the Christmas tree and decorate it. :D. The missus decorates the inside of the house.

    X2 on the tolerate part.:)

Hey Rob. Morning:):)... I spent all Saturday afternoon at the dealership helping the daughter get a car. Her husband is a real asshole. This is the dealer I drive for and they did her good on an off lease Sentra. Kept the payments low, gave her an extended drive train warranty, free oil changes for the life of her ownership(4 per year) and free state insp.( that's where they try to get you on spending a lot of money for repairs:eek:). But knowing everyone there it shouldn't be a problem. Rain and chilly here today:(. Winter is right around the corner.

 For sending some down to the neighbor.

When my dad was still with us we would go to the Amish market in Lancaster this time every year. There was a vendor there that ground the horseradish fresh. He even had a fan blowing the aroma out into the aisle. Always brought a tear to my eye. ;) Always bought some and a lot of meat for the winter months.

Sent an email to the owner of this add. I have been looking for a decent smoker for a while now.

I've heard those Traegers are the cat's pajamas. I believe you'd be real happy with that. Those pellets are convenient. I still go out looking for old apple or hickory (sometimes oak) branches laying around.:D:D:D

    Evening all:
Good for the people that won the lottery Capt,!
It may not be a blessing though, every leech will be after them for money.
Saw on the "curse of the lottery", that some big winners get duffle bags full of mail every day. Hope people let them alone, but I doubt it! :(

Had to be tough breaking the news to Paul. Again, so sorry for you all losing them so suddenly. :(

And very sorry the pain is not being managed. My thoughts are with you for some relief soon I pray.

My FIL worked with a guy who won the lottery for millions; told me basically the same thing. The leeches came out from everywhere. The guy and his wife ended up just disappearing (from the town they'd lived in all their life). Almost like a witness relocation type of thing. Seems a double edged sword when you think about it. When I was stationed in England there was a British Ministry of Defense civilian working in the squadron who, after I got to know him I learned, had won the British Lottery on a 5 number match vs the grand prize 6 number match; paid about £500,000 after taxes. It was enough to pay off his house and secure them from money worries for the rest of their lives, but not the millions that bring on the leeches and associated stresses. I think I'd rather win that way than the other. :notsure:

Morning everyone. I'll take a big win in the lottery any way I can get it. Of course that means I'd have to buy tickets first... :anonymous:

Morning Rob [IMG] coffee's gone. need to make more. How are you doing?

Got a phone call from an indian accent speaking person saying he was from the IRS tax fraud Dept... LOL it is a scam. I played him a long for a bit then told him to mail out the info and he hung up. Gotta love what they try. I'm sure they might get one person or two but not me:D...

    Morning all:
Me too, especially when people spend thousands to win hundreds!
Now I may take a chance at 400m or more!

You might be surprised at how many naive people are out there, and they know it!

Having the scammers mail you stuff is the way to go. They know that they can be prosecuted for mail fraud so mailing is not an option for them.

Contacted the Attorney Generals office for IRS scams and turned them in. The site is www.tigta.gov and report IRS scammers.

   ...not again:confused:

Figure the market is getting too high, not enough money to be made.
On the way down, the short sellers make a killing, then they go long and make a killing on the way back up! Meanwhile the average investor watches his 401k take a pounding!!!!! :notsure:

Ordered a new recliner; mine is shot! I owned two lazy boys that didn't seem to be that good for the price, and now they cheapened them up even more!
This one is a Ort, and is as wide as the lazy boys and sits exactly the same when reclined. Looks to be better built also.
