So this is what I ended up with. Tech said caster and camber are maxed out... Don't know what to do with that info.

Toe should be as close to dead 0.0 as possible, no higher than 0.02
Camber should also be 0.0 if possible, no higher than 0.02
Caster should be atleast 2.5 or higher. Ideally you should aim for 3.0+ but that might be hard. Just as high as possible.

Left front Camber is WAY off. thatll kill that tire. Caster on both is fine. Toe needs to be adjusted also. Itll drive pretty straight but youll notice abnormal wear. Id get it fixed sooner than later.

EDIT: the Toe isnt "horrible" but for best results and tire wear you want it at 0. Its not hard to do with the right tech.

Thats the problem with normal shops is anyone can use a machine and get the numbers within "spec" in the green and thats just fine for most cars on the road but these trucks, especially with lifts, need to be much more specific than just "within spec" and green.

Yeah that's what I was thinking every time they mentioned getting it "in spec"...it's not the same as the stock geometry so we're not necessarily looking for green numbers. It's driving straighter than it was and feels better but it pulls to the right slightly. I'm gonna go under there an take some measurements of things, comparing side to side. make sure nothings bent or out of whack. Hoping I didn't waste money on the lifetime alignment...maybe I'll have to drive all the way out to Chino... :/

ok so I know how to adjust Toe and Camber but how do you adjust Caster?

I have no clue lol. Toe is just the tie rod thats all i know haha. For some reason my truck pulls to the right when alignment is perfect but if my alignment is all wack it never pulls at all just the steering wheel is crooked. So the pull isnt necessarily a bad thing its normal on Tacomas. Even toyota will tell you that. Its just more annoying than anything

yeah, I was thinking about getting some maxtracs anyway. But if I don't go that route I'll definitely look for some takeoffs here.

I wonder if I take it back to Firestone and tell them what numbers I want and have them try to match that instead of going by what the machine says?

Well the toe and camber will still be green and "within factory spec" even at 0. The caster will go into the red once you exceed about 2.7 i think but thats ok still. You can request a caster out of spec because that shouldnt be too hard to achieve. But requesting an inexperienced tech to fine tune numbers that are already technically within spec might be a stretch. They just see green and think their job is done. You can ask all day and they will try all day, but that fine tuning is what makes it so hard and requires the knowledge and experience of aligning lifted trucks. Thats why that guy Jeff at Chino Hills knows whats up. You dont even have to ask for specific numbers because he knows what specs lifted trucks should be at. He is part of thr offroad crowd and drives prerunners himself. But make sure u make and appointment if you do go there
