What does the "Main eyebolt kit" include?
Is the front spring hanger bolts for each side included? The reason I ask is I helped put a set of dakars on an "04" AC and both fron hanger bolts were seized in the sleeves. We had to cut the bolts on both sides of the spring which was a real pita. Replaced them with lowes grade 8 bolts/nuts.

I'm doing the same tomorrow. Next on the list is some recovery gear after being out at Hollister and seeing what would be useful at minimum.

Have to be careful with that. Don't want to bottom out the shocks.

Which bumps would you recommend for dakars w/ AAL and toytec 2" lift shackles? And should I consider longer shocks?

At least the factory bumps. If you run shocks longer than the OME 60062 you will need to make the bump stops taller in order to avoid bottoming out the shocks.

Roger that. I have the factory bumps. I wasn't sure if the extended shackles would over extend the nitrocharger shocks or not.

I just looked up the part for the bushings and they state they are only for use in OE shackles. My kit came from 4x4parts, it was a bit cheaper and didnt include greasable shackles. hopefully i can do without destroying them! IN which case i'll will be upgrading the shackles...hmmm

I'm running the stock shackles but I recommend you plan on new bolts. Mine were bad and one needed to be cut off but the stock shackles work great.

Any time you remove a big ol' bolt on a critical component, and it's been on for some time, just pop in a new one. It is the prudent thing to do.
