Haha yeah cold anything liquid is so much harder to work with. Ball joints suck if they won't break free. So how did you end up doing the lca bushings? You have to burn them out and drill them like many other people had to do? I need to do my lca bushings, lca ball joint and tie rod ends. They are still "fine" but my truck increasing pops and cracks and wanders on the road and feels more sloppy in the steering. 100k + miles and the stuff I put the truck through is probably plenty of time for these parts. Haha

 

woke up this morning to snow on the ground. but it’s been gone for a few hours now.

Yes, you "must" have the kickout. Trust me, you will need it. Ask Levi how much he needs his or ask me how much I watch him need his. Lol I use mine a lot as well. And as long as they are welded on good or fully bolted on then you will have no problem with lifting the truck off the ground with them and a hi-lift. It's still pretty sketchy though

I want to be in WNY hanging with family. buffalo NY and surrounding area has got 4+ FEET of snow in the past 20 hours. all from a HUGE lake effect snow storm, some roads have closed because it’s coming down so fast and heavy they can’t keep the roads clear. (for them clear is just passable. you usually can’t see where the lines are or where the edge of road even is.)

honestly, only because those are the only ones I've seen around the most. I will def check that forum out. I called both companies today and Avid is also running a promotion -15% so the ones they offer, which are comparable to the standard duty AllPro comes out to 331 before shipping is added which seems to be the best price around. Ill check those others out too though, thanks for the help

Happens to me all the time. Suckers will weld it up I come over and ask then about their procedure that they used and without thinking about it put my hand on it, or worst was when I redid the rear suspension as soon as I welded a part on I went to stand up and put my hand on the fresh weld, couldn't fill with the tip of my finger for the longest time haha

 

I'm running Brute Force Fab sliders and they are wicked sturdy looking. But considering Billy has now apparently allegedly stolen about $10k or so from members I probably wouldn't recommend buying his product.

 

Since we are one the subject of sliders, I think I may see if Gid wants to help me fab my own set
