Word. When I heal up and get back to my normal lifting routine I may give this a try cause I'm usually lagging on the last couple of sets

I would think not, lol. I have a pair of Hollister sweats from last year and now they're like skinny pants and I hate it but damn are they warm. I wouldn't dare try to squat in those at the risk of ripping the ass seam. I will never understand the damned skinny jean fad....Every time I try on new pants my calves get stuck half way

x2. I put on some jeans today I hadn't worn since last year and they were skin tight on my quads. I was happy because of the growth, but I took them off because I'm not down with the swag look lol.

I tried my buddies ammonia one time during a lift and that shit was crazy. It certainly can't hurt your lift...

I have my schedule worked out to where I'm almost always opposite of everyone in the gym.

    Monday-shoulders and traps
    Tuesday-chest and tris
    Wednesday-back and bis
    Thursday-legs and abs
    Firday-rest
Saturday-stairclimber with another round of arms
    Sunday-rest

I never have problems waiting on equipment with this schedule

2 leg days in a row for me. No practice Friday because of the holiday so we had to lift today. Yesterday I went up to 2x2 @ 90% front squat with a 2 sec pause at bottom. Today was the same with back squat. Current status... Dead.

One of the perks of working at a gym: I can workout at like 2 in the afternoon when no one is there; it's nice.

Earlier when I was working my biceps and triceps I was drinking some beast creature with water and I didn't take much rest time in between sets. Afterwards I mixed some protein powder (SAMs club special which was EAS whey protein) and I mix it with milk but all of a sudden I felt like I was gonna throw up. Is it either of the two or is my body not that used to a fast workout like that yet? That protein though I have to mix something with it like peanut butter bc it has a bad wane taste to it. Trying to hurry up and finish it an either go back to ON gold standard or SAMs does have the Arnold protein.anybody ever felt like they were gonna throw up. Not sure if I mixed the creatine and protein too fast
