    Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
    Since I had to reuse the metal bits from the OEM bushings...
    Had to use a burr to cut away the flare holding a washer at the end of the center sleeve just enough to pop it off but leaving enough material to re-flare it back together later.
    Then drill into the rubber to break it up as much as I could without hitting metal.
    Then burn it while prying to get the center sleeve to break out of the rubber.
    Then with center sleeve out, I fed a coping saw into the opening of the arm and cut away most of the remaining unburned rubber.
    Then used a wire brush disk to polish up the metal completely removing the old rubber & glue mess.
    Then finally reassemble using the new poly bushings, lots of grease, and reflare the washer over the center sleeve piece so the bushing is covered both ends.

    Only picture I've got is this one of the cleaned up center sleeve next to the arm that still had the old rubber in it.
