Thanks man I appreciate it. Honestly all I had done was the standard lift with the billys, no kind of spacers. I did put LC UCAs though to add a little more clearance through my caster.

Will the build video cover the RCD install? That would be nice since i'm just about ready to tackle this if RCD ever gets their spindles. I've been waiting 4 weeks so far. I was also wondering if anyone removed the coil over springs with a lift under the spindle to release pressure and unscrewing the top nut then lowering the lift.

A common issue amoungst this RCD lift? I'm not sure what you mean. RCD kits raise the front 5" and the rear 4" (lift blocks). That's 1" less rake than factory and makes it level.

How mch did you have to trim to clear those? I'm really thinking about getting some that size and want to get an idea of how they clear

With my experience (having blocks and AALs in the past) blocks also provide a more comfortable ride imo

Looks pretty level to me? We went with a Toytec 1/2" top spacer up front, swapped out the RCD 4" block for a 3" in the back and added a Toytec "softride" AAL because of the SnugTop shell.. I wanted a little more lift, especially in the front to help clear the 34" BFG's. Yes, the build video will be a full installation start to finish. Took about 8 hours in a shop with lift, pneumatics, etc...

Only trimmed the bottom of the back part on the front fender flares but it was already done from my previous ProComp lift. Really minor. No rubbing, even at full flex. We did add a Toytec 1/2" top plate spacer to help clear the 34" BFG's though and give a lil more lift

Sweet ride. Ordered a 2015 DCLB last week, and your pics show me what an RCD lift will look like. Thanks!

    What wheels are those?

I had a 2.5" Bilstein lift for two years and a 3" OME lift on my '05. I was never really happy with the ride quality or the way the lift kits used up a good portion of downward wheel travel. I bought a new '14 earlier this year and put an RCD kit on a couple weeks later. I have no regrets and I don't miss my old lifts at all.

IMO the ride is superior on the RCD vs the other two lifts I've had. The added downward wheel travel is nice too. Not having the extreme angles on the axles, UCA, LCA, and steering rack is a bonus. The only downfall I can see is the RCD lift doesn't increase front dif clearance, but this hasn't been an issue for me. I wouldn't recommend it for rock crawling or extreme wheeling though where that added clearance would be helpful.

I have a carrier bearing drop bracket from beefed taco that I never used.
I bought it anticipating vibes but never got them.
I also had to wait an eternity for it to be made. Somewhere close to 3 months. Throwing it out there if anyone needs one, I have a brand new one waiting to ship.

That's good to know...thanx for the response. I wont be doin any rock crawling so diff clearance wont be an issue for me. I'm more so concerned with how it rides.

I had the 6" Fabtech with Dirtlogic coilovers & rear shocks on my 06' AC 4x4. The RCD rides way better plus the spindles on the Fabtech greatly reduce turning radius. RCD spindles turn like OEM which is nice, especially when you have a DCLB
