I am in the same situation with mine, except my stock leafs are looking pretty bad. I'm hoping to get new leafs with a new frame. Otherwise, if your leafs are in ok condition for a rebuild(not bent near front mount/shackle) then I'd get what Jake recommended above for me. I want about 2" of lift and good towing. Don't want sag.

what do you all think of this pack i found?
The main and 2nd leaf are from a 94' Toyota rear pack. No clue what the rest are from. I was thinking of using the 3 lower leafs to see if i got 2 1/2 lift and good ride. the guy will sell them for 80bucks.

Idk man, I'll never buy Toyota leaf packs ever. Not sure if the old ones were any better.

I think toyota main leafs are about 2 3/8", yes, but I haven't measured my 2005 ones. I know the main leaf is less than 2 1/2". It's also about the leaf thickness

I'm just conferming... a 2 1/2 pack won't work with the stock main leaf. I found a very nice pack off a ranger made by national

Honestly the 2 1/2" packs leave only 1/16" overhang on either side. Idk if it's worth worrying about. It's been talked about here but I haven't seen it in person.

I wouldn't stress about that little overhang. 2.5 is what I looked for just to make it easier

Oh yeah, what do you use between the individual leafs so that they won't squeak? Need like plast puck things or rubber

EDIT:I was PM'd with info that one should use some rubber sheet and cut to fit..not sure exactly what kind

Well I broke down my donor pack... was off a ranger made by national race pack.
longest leaf I'm using is 39". all leafs are already dog eared and have skid pads... I only had to replace 1 of them. I'm aiming for 2 1/2 to 3" max.
