Yeah.... dudes argument makes no sense at all. A good game is a good game no matter what console it's released on. Same thing will happen in 10 years with the PS5

 

True. Granted I wouldn't pay for a re-released game that i already played, but for the people that haven't it's great. personally seems like a good business plan. And that's the only reason i haven't bought Diablo 3 for my ps4 (because i still have it on pc) even though i love that game.

Edit:not to mention this generation is just now coming up on its first year out, there are going to be a lot more developments in the coming years

 

I bought Diablo for the PS4 also and have it on the PC. I "personally" think it plays better on the console and it's nice to just sit back with the controller rather than hanging out at a keyboard all day.

Within the next year or so they will stop producing games for the 360 and PS3 and completely transition to the next gen consoles. I seriously doubt that you'll see "The Division" on 360 or PS3.

 

I have Diablo 3 on the PS3, so I haven't bought it for PS4. Same thing with GTA V, probably won't buy it on the PS4 even with new content since I played it through.

I DID, however, get The Last of Us remastered even though I had played through it on the PS3. I love that game. My older daughter hangs out with me when I play it, and it actually inspired one of her art projects for school (a perspective drawing of a dilapidated city street with a giraffe eating leaves from a tree).

I would also probably buy Okami, Ico, and Shadow of the Colossus if they released them with updates for the PS4. Hoping they finally finish The Last Guardian someday. I like the artsy games that have interesting gameplay and/or atmosphere.

 

Thats what everyone says about d3, i just dont want to lose my characters if i made the switch or pay full price again (would be awesome if they did what bungie did with digital old console version=free new console version). But ill be playing destiny anyways so not like id have time to play d3. Might go crazy if i was trying to level up both games

 

The graphics on GTA5 on the PS4 are awesome

 

Yeah no shit. All my other games are collecting dust at the moment. I want to go buy the new Dragon Age but got a feeling it would just sit in the drawer also.

1st person driving is interesting, a bit disorientating at times but fun.

I watched the review and they said the driving was hard to do in first person. They ended up doing it 3rd person and switched back when out of the car.

I would buy it but I've already played it and dragon age looks more interesting. If only I could tear myself away from destiny.

 

Found a huge flaw in the system today with destiny that I was unaware of. You can only have 200 vanguard marks on your character at any time. That sucks.

 

Pretty sure im getting a gamestop gift card for either my bday/xmas so i may pick up da for a later date. Destiny will still be played especially since rhe expansion is almost out.

Is da online at all?

 

Yeah it has a coop where you level up your character and take on different quest with a group of friends.

 

Ah, i dont think i could go back to single player only. Games are ao much funner when playing with everyone

 

I haven't read thru this thread and it's probably been mentioned but......the release of GTAV .....I need to go from my 360 to the XBOXOne just to play this game.

Stock car races, Monster trucks, The lookalike Road Warrior Interceptor, and trippin balls on peyote plants and turning into a seagull and shitting on people with the touch of a button

Anyone played this.To me it is a must own game of the year.The atmosphere is simply amazing.It was made to be most enjoyed by playing it on hard.
