GTA V Xbox 360 Crew

I want an Xbox one

 

It's so smooth on the xb1, like everything is more refined, all the movements and menus and all that. It's really nice actually. Almost makes the 360 version feel crude. First person mode will take some getting use to, but you can bounce between the normal GTA 3rd person views and 1st person.

However, you can only transfer your profile once, and it's not backwards compatible, you can still play the 360 profile though, it just won't transfer any progress from the "transfer time" on. So now that I've transfered my profile info to the xb1 I now have 2 independent profiles, but the xb1 started where I left the 360 profile on Monday night after we finshed playing.

 

Victor, when you get GTA we can play again. Or just plug the 360 back in. I had invited you to a party last night... I don't really know how to make that work yet on the XB1.

 

I wish I had the money to buy an Xb1 for over here

Hey Stuligan, you said you transferred your profile and you started where you left off. Are there any new missions in story mode on XB1 or are they all completed from when you did them on the 360?

 

From what i saw/heard on youtube, peyote mission are new and allow you to play as a hawk or chicken for a short period of time.

So how the online works is that I transfer my GTA online profile over, so basically wherever I left off on Monday night playing with these is where the XB1 online profile starts in GTA online. So now if I go back to 360 to play with the fools who haven't upgraded now I can still make progress with that profile in GTA Online, but it will not be shared with the XB1 profile. Same with the XB1 GTA online profile, that progress will not be transfered back to the 360.

For the story mode, you start over from the very beginning because there are new missions and extras that you play through as part of the story mode.

I only played or about 20 minutes last night as I was already past my bed time once it finished installing and updating.

 

OK cool! From what you've said then it's worth the buy. I didn't want to buy a new game and it be completed because of the missions completed on the 360.

 

True, yea, you basically start the story mode over because of the new missions.

The first person mode is actually really cool as well. The level of detail that is in the cars/planes/heli's and such for that is amazing. There is a couple of little things that take getting use to. But the game itself seemed so much nicer, more smooth and flowing. Left GTA on the 360 like it was lacking and kind of crude.

 

Finally, the interior of the vehicles is better. It's always been that 2D crap

 

All the guages and everything move... we can finally see how fast we're going!

Everything, they even have new shit for you to buy. But if you spend money on the XB1 GTA Online it does NOT reflect in the XB360 version because you've bought stuff that doesn't exist in the XB360 version... aka, the rail gun.

 

I wonder if you rank your crew up on the one then it also ranks the crew up on the 360
