In my last house we had a gravel driveway, so practical until it came time to snowblower the driveway. Haha, ping, ping, ping, I always had to aim the snow away from anything breakable.

I have noticed some gravel spitting. Nothing major, but they do hold on to stones and fling them into my sliders on occasion. lol *PING*

No doubt there are rocks that get stuck but parking on a stone driveway im surprised how minimal it is.

Have them, really like them. They seem to rumble a bit around the corners but what do you expect?

I'm up here two weeks at a time. Hit -19 on Hwy 200 South of Williston two nights ago. No Bueno.

How long have you been here? I want to order some new BFG KM2's or these ST Maxx soon, can you recommend a shop up here? Is OK Tire the only place?

Its a good shop, he can get you anything you need. I'll PM you my number, give me a call, I'll go in there with you and he will cut you a deal. We get alot of shit from him.

So a buddy of mine was behind me today and called me laughing saying he didn't like my tires. Said he saw a rock fly out of them and next thing he knew, a loud bang, and a crack on the windshield. Thank goodness he was laughing and told me not to worry about it, what insurance is for.

3000 miles and 25000 miles approx. the 3k is a very low estimate as i'm probably closer to 4500 miles of gravel and wheeling

Can't believe 255/85/16 is still on national backorder. Anyone have any info from their local tire dealers when we maybe be getting the "run" of these? My local guy said prices may go down a bit since the price of oil has gone down. Not sure how true that is, or that it takes 6 gallons or so of oil to make one tire.

Maybe they are rebuilding the molds so the overall size is comparable to other manufacturers!:notsure:
