I thought that was a new load of freshmen congressman arriving in DC:eek:, but it surely is a load of Dem. congressman leaving:laughing::laughing:

Bought a Lay-z-boy sofa and love seat 12 years ago Carl and they are the most comfortable chairs we have ever owned. I guess over the years, quality is a word from the past and not the present:eek:. Hard to find furniture made in the USA anymore. all made in China junk. Good luck with the ORT.:D

Don't know about a sofa and love seat. The LB recliners are comfortable, but the reclining mechanism seems to self destruct. I also had broken springs replaced, and a side board, where the backrest springs attach, split not too long after I got the last one. The Orts are supposedly made by the Amish, and are about the same price as a comparable Lazy boy.
Time will tell, I should be good for at least a couple yrs. now! :)

As for the comment on the Pic.!:laughing::laughing:

    Morning all:
    Anyone know someone like this?
Mildred was the town gossip, and she saw the truck of a new member of the church parked in front of the only bar in town. At church she confronted Elmer, and said that everyone knew what he was doing.
Elmer just stared at her, and didn't say anything to confirm or deny her allegations .
That night Elmer quietly parked his truck in front of Mildreds house, and left it there all night! :D

    Good morning one and all!

We are having a heat wave here. It is all the way up to 27*. That means snow or rain is on the way.

I'm actually looking forward to bad weather. The commute is worse, but spare time does not have to be spent working in the yard. I can hide in the shop and catch up on things I have wanted to do all year.

They say confession is good for the soul. I worked out before work Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. I was a little beat this morning, and when I looked at the dog stretched out in front of the wood stove, I became jealous. Damn, that nap felt good. I'll be off to the salt mines shortly.
