    Haha try it on flat bench; it's just as bad. I'm still sore from my week 2 workouts. Definitely a good way to switch things up

    Not yet. Got another week to do the "Mini max" workout I'm doing then might go in and try to max. Might try it out in 3 or 4 weeks though. It sounds terrible.

    I woke up this morning and thought I was gonna fall when I got out of bed. Then had to go to work and move sofas around. That's always fun anyway...but when you do it with sore legs it makes things even better.

    Here's another one for you... 15 reps at 95#, 12 reps at 145#, 9 reps at 195#, pause 15 seconds, 6 reps at 245#. Pause 30 seconds... Then back down. 6@245...etc.

    Rest 5 minutes and do it again. Fuckkkkkkkkkkkk. Killed me, worse than 10x10.
