No just the lower has to go thru a dealer cause that has the serial numbers. Once I start buying my parts it can all come to the house including the upper

John you could definitely build your own. There are two basic ways to do it, buy the pieces and build the upper or buy a complete upper and just install it on the pivot and take down pins. When you clean your gun it is the same thing

I rented a push blower. This thing is awesome. Did MOST of the 2 acre yard in 3 hours. Just doing the finishing touches is close to impossible with the wind.

 

Ya I've been thinking about building something and giving the m&p to the old ladie . Maybe next year I'll start collecting parts .
