    Just installed it and wired it up.

    I don't know jack about wiring/electric (I even had a buddy help me with my CB install!) but had no problems with the install. Longest part was running the power up to the fuse box. Also had an issue with it not coming on until I moved the ground wire to a different location.

    Stupid me, installed the switch on the driver side and when I read the instructions it was for the passenger side. I was a little worried there wouldn't be enough of the power wire to run across and up the front but no problems, Matt includes extra length.

    Matts shipping was extremely quick. Everything came packaged great, instructions were clear, step by step, with pictures. Anybody that is on the fence about picking this up due to worries about not being able to do the install, don't worry. Order it now! If I could do it anybody can. Highly recommend Matts bedlight package.


    Oh and once I got everything hooked up, when the switch was in the off position the LED's were blinking. All I did was leave it in the off position and used the remote to change the settings and it now works perfectly.

    Maybe I'll take some pictures once it gets dark.

    Anybody use these in extreme heat? I'm in the outback right now, and it gets hot out here... over 100 during the middle of the day easy, everyday. I have a black Bestop ziprail tonneau cover that will soak up the rays if I park in the sun too. Just wondering if anyone has had issues with the adhesive in the heat.

    I don't use the adhesive that comes on the back of the light strips, I install a high strength, very sticky adhesive tape.

    It isn't to difficult, you just have to rewire the switch.

    For $25 I can include a new switch, switch boot and pre-wire the remote module and ground.

    The remote will: on/off, dim (smooth, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%), 7 different flash/strobe modes.

    matt will this setup work with a toneau cover? thinking of getting a cover but dont wanna crush the LED's under the rail with the clamps..
