Update don't drink this one. It's the worst double I've ever had... I'll take a miler or coors before I have this again. Sadly I bought two of them. I'll give one to my neighbor hahahah.

I'm curious about the Smaug Stout. I haven't seen around here yet though.

That is weird. I really enjoyed that beer and so did a few of my buddies. Maybe you got a bad batch.

also was recommended a new app, Next Glass.

supposedly you rate beers &/or wines to create a taste profile and then next time you shop you can scan the label of a new beer and it will determine if you would enjoy the beer or not.

I'll try it again, if you say it's good, I'll wait till next month for a new shipment.. I really wanted to like it but it was not good. And I love doubles.

I spent last weekend in Vermont, mostly drinking Hill Farmstead Edward. I've been looking into a clone recipe and will try to brew something similar soon.

Fiddlehead Mastermind was the only thing that I brought home on this trip. Fiddlehead will be brewing Second Fiddle in December, so I'm hoping to get back over to VT in the middle of next month.

So, I'm new to everything "beer". Only things I've ever had have been Miller, Coors, Bud, Blue Moon, and now Sam Adam's Boston Lager.

Just bought and tried the Sam Adam's today and don't care for it....

Only beer I've had out of all of those that I remotely liked was the Blue Moon.
