So, I bought my truck used from a dealership in southern California. I know it had been offroaded prior to purchasing it but it was the only dcsb I could afford at the time and I needed to make a change so I pulled the trigger.

Over time I started to notice that the rear looked like it was sitting higher on the passenger side. I attributed this to the ghetto suspension it had on it(worn out stock leafs w/ helper leaf, spacer lift, and two mismatching front shocks with stock coils). It already had Camburg ball joint uca's on it as well. I figured since I planned on putting new suspension parts(Icons & Dakars) that wouldn't be a problem.
Now that I have my new parts on it, it still sits higher on the passenger side. I know I need to go out and measure everything to help figure out where the problem is and see how much higher the passenger side is than the drivers side but, I thought I could post this and possibly get some insight as to what I'll potentially be dealing with. I want to say that the passenger side of the bed sits up about 1 inch higher than the drivers side.
I have already adjusted the drivers side Icon by turning the collar 1 rotation more than the passenger to compensate for the notorious "taco lean". I'm thinking the bed issue is something entirely different.
A dealer cant sell a truck with a bent/twisted frame can they?
Any ideas what could be the source of this issue?

    I will post pictures later

I understand what you're saying but...I honestly don't think its the "taco lean". The Dakars are pretty stiff leafs and I have the drivers side Icon cranked down to compensate for all that.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
I have stiffer Dakars than you (CS019R Medium Duty Leafs for a 89-95 Pickup) and even they are subject to the Taco lean, I even have way over qualified front shocks and coils and rear shocks, the fact is... weight is weight. If one side is heavier it will lean without some form of compensation.
