Yeah. Most people hate it because they don't know how to harvest them. You have to de-breast them right when you shoot them. Otherwise their bodies pump an ammonia type taste into the meat.

 

Where do yall go duck hunting? I have hunted in Greens alot in West Bay Galveston and also in the refuge down south by 2004

gotta cook it right...breast it out wrap in bacon with cream cheese and throw em on the grill...too greasy to do much else with it
