    Yeah, as soon as the weight got off the floor, I felt my chest and neck get super tight. I think it just stretched funny

    If ur just recovering from the injury dont go ass to grass yet because your knees probably realy tight, if its healed and been rehabed then just like eric said its actualy better on your knees to go below parallel. Dont just jump from parallel to bottomed out work into it if youve had knee problems because the flexibility issue.

    Now granted someone is swuatting correctly when your squatting above parallel your knees are taking 90% of the force and your primarily using your quads. Going below parallel helps get hamstrings and glutes aiding the lift more and at the point your hips are taking 90% of the force. I would definitly squat below if you want to strengthen your knee. doing parallel squats is realy just gona strengthen one side of the joint while you could be strengthening both sides by doing full squats.

    Did the 10x10 135# bench wasn't as bad as the squats.
    I also did the squats with bar loaded with 10's.
    Started at 225#, I felt if I would have started heavier I would have been way too burnt out to do any reps. We'll see how the next day or two goes. Tried to do 8-15 reps each set.

    This guy didn't move for more than 5 minutes. I didn't know if he was asleep or dead after curling the 20s

    Now he's sitting in the incline bench with his head down. Hasn't moved. Been timing it. We're over 3 minutes now....literally hasn't moved at all. I'm kinda scared of him.

    I kid you not, I had a buddy who was a bodybuilder, he mentioned once that he thought of doing some coke as a preworkout but the only reason he decided against it was because it diminishes hunger. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
