Any of you have any unneeded OEM lug nuts laying around? I need 6 of them. I replaced my wheels years ago and sold my original wheels and lugs. It didn't occur to me until recently to see if my current lugs would work with my spare. They don't fit the steel spare wheel. Luckily, I haven't gotten a flat all these years.

Edit: Maybe I should just pick up some acorn lugs for the spare.

Haha! I just forwarded him a lead as well! I recently sold a set of these, and a guy who was interested just texted me to see if they we're still avail. I said no, but sent him the link to your sale thread.

    TW cares! Glws.

 we sure do! I bet we sent him the same one.

I have silver ones with duratracs and my TPMS mounted. I just can't decide what color to paint them. Still sitting in my backyard. If I didn't already mount tires and TPMS, I'd be all over these. Always loved these wheels. GLWS Jay!

What's mount n balance? 10$ a pop? Fwiw I just sold 5 of the silver ones with beat tires, no tpms for 550. And had a bunch of callers too.

If you bought jays for 500 and swapped your tires I bet you could break even. The anthracite is baller. But on a dark colored truck like yours the silver would look good, no?

Yeah, I've got a good local tire shop that'll dismount, switch TPMS, mount, and balance for $50. I was already thinking about trying to sell him my silvers. I've had a dark scheme for awhile. Painted my emblems gray then my old stock wheels gray also. Then bought my current FJ 17s black. Liked the gray on blue.

Tried gray plastidip on silver wheels, didn't like their gray in the sun. Looks kinda weird blue. Don't really wanna paint again... Contemplating just runnin silver... Or maybe switcheroo with Jay :notsure:

Shit if this was local too me I could swap sensors for people. With my tire machine I don't even have to remove the tire to get the sensor out or have to rebalance. Takes like 15mins.

Family has had it since 74, I learned how to drive in it, redid paint, cleaned up a bunch of stuff. It was yellow and covered in rust spots, had a camper and second gas tank, has been across the country, and mexico, and did the whole ALCAN up in Alaska. It is original engine, 2nd tranny. I cut off the spare tank, sway bars, and add a leafs. I wanna redo it, as this rebuild was done 20 years ago when I got it when I was 12-13 years old. We gave it to my grandpa and he gave it back. Odometer has flipped 4 times and it says 87k miles on it now :)

How does that work? Do you just break the bead enough to remove?

You just break the front and rear bead then theres a hydraulic arm you use to push the tire down enough to get the sensor. Swap up and reseat the bead, since the tires not removed no need to balance. We do it all the time when replacing new sales vehicles with aftermarket wheels/lifts.

I have both acorn and washer type available if you want 6. Let me know if you still need them and I'll send them on their way.
