    hi all,
just wondering when you change tires, and not the wheels does the tpms have to be reset,or new parts have to be bought?Stock wheels will be staying on the truck. And is there a charge from whomever i buy new tires from to mess with them?I have an 064x4.thanks all.

A few additions to make me feel cool.
Most tire shops will charge you a fee for "TPMS Maintenance". If they are not rebuilding the seals in the sensor (O-ring) you should not pay them any extra. If they charge you for resetting the TPMS ask why they charge for holding the little black button under the steering wheels down for 2 sec.

hey, thanks guys for the response,i will be getting new tires i wan't in about 3 weeks,my friend is buying the tires i have on there now.I've only owned the truck 5 monthes now,so i have'nt done to much.I got 5100s sitting here, hope fully get them on real soon.I just wanted to know what to expect from the the tire dealer in advance.I never had this TPMS stuff, and quite frankly, wish it was'nt on there.Just more BS to deal with.later.
