    We meet pretty much bi-weekly in Knox and go out to eat but its pretty much me Adam, Zach and Justin when he doesn't have the kids. Idk how they do in memphis but I'm sure Gid and mike hangout pretty often.

    sounds like a typical day. I thought the point of running was to eat whatever the heck I want and stay reasonable healthy. That's what I do anyway.
    My afternoon snack at work Friday was coffee glazed almonds, chocolate covered espresso beans, and mtn dew. Coworker called dibs on my 26 inch monitor if my heart explodes. :D

    If you're ever in Memphis for lunch, place called Celtic Crossing has good burgers and an awesome corn beef sandwich. and of course they have booze too.

    Took 5yr old to Bass Pro yesterday. She asked for a gun "but not one of those pink ones, a cool black one". :cool:

    Then on the way home, we went exploring some back roads that I've never driven on before. She said "oh daddyyyy, I see some muuuUUuuud. LET'S DRIVE IN IT!!!".

    Bit of an oh shit moment when the ruts were a lot deeper than expected and we slowed so much that I thought we might not make it through.
