Front Suspension: OME 885 + NitroCharger 9000 shocks + 1/2" spacers for a 3" lift. Superbumps replacing stock bumpstops. Camburg ball joint UCA SS braid brake lines Future: ADS Extended length, extended length UCA BJ to increase droop capability Rear Suspension: All-Pro Expedition rear leafs, Walker Evans 27" rear shocks, extended rear brake lines (Wheelers Offroad), U -bolt flip kit, rear Timbren bumpstops. Future: Hammer Hangers, Shock relocate, ADS 12" or 14" shock. Interior: Weatherteck floor liners - front, Wet Okoles- front, ScanGauge, LED interior & map lights. Power moonroof.     I'm not worried about doing it. It's super easy thanks to your pics. Just a little hesitant on cutting a hole in my console incase I don't like it. I guess I just gotta stop bitching and just do it haha

    I was also thinking...would it be worth putting a double receptacle? Or just a single like yours. I mean what can you really have going at the same time with only 3.33 amps

    Mine is a double. I put effort into finding a decent looking gray colored outlet and plate and if I had to to again I wouldn't worry about it as nobody ever sees it. It was difficult to even hold my camera at the right angle just to get that picture and that was standing outside of the truck with my camera held in at a weird angle. Like I said, don't worry too much about end-result because nobody will notice it.

    I think the Toyota matrix has a similar plug and cover. Check Toyota parts

    Don't forget you would want the outlet with a ground (3 holes) so you can charge laptops etc

    stuff that makes it better for my use...
    The ford outlet has the hole for the ground plug however it is not actually connected to anything that I can see, I just took mine apart and was preparing it for install.

    I believe the outlet handles the wiring for the USB. Just hook up the three wires like any other outlet.

    Does anyone know if tapping into the inverter will give me enough power to charge an iPad mini? In the stock USB port I get a not charging message which I know charges really slow but won't suffice if watching a movie or something

    "tapping into the inverter" wiring provides a 120Vac Outlet as the examples in this thread show. Yes, it will have plenty of power to run your household charger for your iPad.
