    Oh yeah that is out of the way! You can always cut over back to the 80 once in placerville, takes you through auburn, big detour but that's a nice drive.

    I think Id rather just drive around the lake. I did it last weekend and I can do it again. No biggy. Just have to get off work at 12. Get home by 12:30. On the road around 12:45. PC around 2:30 - 3.
