My Kia has heated AND cooled seats.

That being said the Tacoma had squat so I put some seat heaters in the seats. I bought a set off of eBay and was going to install them myself but they sat on a shelf in the garage for a couple of winters before I finally just had my buddy who does installs at CarToys install them. He has hog ring pliers and hog rings and I don't so rather than cutting and using zip ties I had him do it the right way. There's also a lifetime warranty on the install so if I have any issues I'll just take it back and have him deal with it. Money well spent IMO as installing seat heaters is one of those things that takes forever if you've never done it but someone like him who's done it countless times can whip it out in no time with the proper tools & technique and it's done right.

Had them installed on my wife's Grand Cherokee. Went to a auto/marine upholstery place here in the springs. They did leather and kept factory stitch lines with seat heaters installed front and rear with 2 power settings. I took the back seats and front passengers seats out and dropped them off to save labor and so my wife still had a car to drive, then just went in and they did the drivers seat while we waited.

I don't recall but I was surprised when he told me what they charge to install seat heaters when they supply the parts. It was a low enough package deal that I kind if wish I hadn't bothered ordering my own heating elements. Call your local CarToys and ask them how much to install seat heaters. Their package price with labor & parts is pretty damn cheap.

yeah i agree. Heaters were $119 for the front, $99 for the rear. Then of course my wife picked out a leather they didn't have in stock. I should ask her if she remembers the exact price as she paid for it lol. I made a joke and said Sue from Gas Monkey would do this for $200 haha

My moms grand Cherokee has the heated and cooled seats. But she spills things and drops food so the little holes are slowly getting clogged.

Yeah my mom got the Overland. But I thought hers was a V6. Because I remeber trying to convince her to get the V8.

But I also tried to convince her to get a 4Runner...the jeep is already starting to show its poor quality.

I think they only had V8's on the lot, I see limited V6's all the time so they def make them. Yeah Brooke loves the 4 runner, just to much $. The Grand Cherokee only has 22,000 miles and has been in for 3 recalls, brake line corrosion, headlights, and the entertainment center thing in the dash.

Our chrome is starting to oxidize as well. Happening to a lot of people. I made a post on a jeep forum and some were saying they noticed them with the issue even still on the lot.

I told mom to take it in to file a report to fix it and they said it was due to our environmental conditions like the salt. That's funny because it started doing it before it's first winter. Basically a screw you.
