How bad is the smell that Mikey was talking about? Am I going to be gaging my children as I cart them around or is it just temporary?

Yea I removed the bezels with the tabs on the back. No taping at all. It was very easy after removing all the parts.

Just used regular plasti dip blue. I can get the color code for ya, but I tried 4 hardware stores and Lowe's had the most choices (like 5 or 6 colors in all)

    Finished product in place. :D

Looks good! Been thinking about doing the same, I do remember seeing that blue dip at the lowes near me though so thanks!

Thanks! Since it's my first time tearing apart the interior I wanted to do something that didn't have lasting effects. So I didn't commit to krylon.

I think plasti dip is a good way to go if you're a newb like me and want options for later.

I finally got to add a 3" Lift and a Smittybilt Bullbar last month. I'm very pleased with the turn out. :)

Sprayed a can of fluid film on my frame. Probably didn't get as thick of a coating as most, but used the whole can on as much as I could reach. Garage stinks of burnt fluid, but I'm sure it will clear up.

I sprayed it in the driveway that morning and drove it throughout the day so nothing would drip on the garage floor that night. I noticed the smell for a couple of days and that was it.

No rub on the new tires. We'll see how this works out. Front needs a little bit of a lift like a leveling kit. Been researching lifts. But after supercharger and tires, my wallet is yelling at me.
