Hey Eric, do you have above the windshield lightbar mounts for the 4th gen 4runners like you do the tacomas?

Has anyone else had any trouble getting in contact with Eric? I am beginning to get a little upset with his company, i can understand being a little behind schedule, but I am well over a month overdue for some sliders i had ordered in May. My biggest issue is that i was told 3-5 months i have been calling or messaging once a week since month 4, and every time i spoke to Eric i was told one more week, 2 more weeks, maybe this week... This has been happening for over two months now. Had i known it would be more than half a year for some sliders or that i would be lied to every week, i would have ordered them from a different company.
I sent him a pm last Friday and received no response, so i called Tuesday and left a voice mail... no call back. I just want to know if this is happening to anyone else?

Eric seems to be monitoring this thread fairly closely. You may want to place a comment there to get his attention.

Sorry, no plan to do 50 mounts for 1st gens.
Not at the moment, I can get another order placed though and get some coming for a few weeks from now.
I do not. I've got access to an '05, but have to spend some time on it working around the roof rack and havent had any time with all the orders we've been working on.
Yeah, just need to do some tube on a couple of aluminum bumpers and drop them at powder coat. I've got 7 aluminum bumpers about 90% done.

I received you voicemail yesterday, never had a chance to return it though so my apologies- just getting pulled in too many directions. I've been busy putting finishing touches on and shipping as many orders as possible, 5 pallets sent out today. Your sliders are being welded up along with a couple others today too so they'll be ready to pallet tomorrow. Just trying to get as many orders such as yours which are overdue finished and shipped out rather than be on my computer all day and not getting things done in the shop, so communication has sometimes been a little rocky lately, again my apologies.

I hope my bumper goes out tomorrow or next week. However I would wait longer and receive a bumper that Eric took his time on rather then one he rushed just to get it out the door. Idk, peoples opinions vary.

That and hes down a person.

^^^^^ this is a true statement. I'm happy with the quality of my relentless front bumper and sliders. So I know what I'll be getting as far as my rear bumper goes. Just a little impatient I guess after almost a year since my order date.

Just ran out, more @PC so as soon as they're in hand they'll be in a shipping box
Sorry for the lag, we're waiting on PC at the moment. I'd expect them to be done/shipping next week.

Eric thank you for the information. I got an email that said the order has been shipped but there was no tracking #, also the other order i had with you was supposed to ship at the same time but it still says processing. Are they shipping together?

Looking for status of order #641. I'm at 10 months from order date. I think my aluminum bumper should be at PC or prepping for shipment.

    Any update would be appreciated.
