    Returning to stock, trading in for a 2012-2014 Spruce Mica TRD Sport 4x4, sometime around X-mas hopefully. Putting on an S/C (in my back seat currently) and a Camburg LT 4x4 front end with dual shocks and everything gusseted....saving up for the deposit now, then will start saving for a DMZ kit.

    Hah yea, i smack myself upside the head every time I think about when I first bought the truck and all the money I've spent to get it where it is now.

    I'd never owned a truck or offroaded before this...and i feel stupid...I bought a 2WD because it got 1 MPG better than a 4x4..price tag wasn't even an eye bat at the time...sigh....

    I have a few mods
    lol, I kinda regret not getting a 4x4, but I think of it as a challenge to see what I can and cant get through. which is hilarious because a lot of my buddies tell me I wont make it and I end up making it...lol. But what I plan on doing after I pay my truck off, buy a DD, and get some cash saved...gonna go full LT front and rear, not sure what setup yet...maybe TC 3.5" LT or camburg 3.5" and then for the rear I saw engage offroad has a 4-link rear with trailing arms which I was thinkin about doing....but these are all just thoughts right now lol. I Need to move out west (after Im out of the military and pay my truck off) where I can actually USE the suspension, Florida doesnt really offer much at all lol

    Yea I've been there done that (about trail runs lol) and made it through shit people said I couldn't and gotten stuck in places I shouldn't have. Getting really tired of all that, so now I'm gonna build an awesome expedition Tacoma that can handle almost any terrain.

    I go back and forth between SUA and 4link constantly. I haven't researched 4link enough to really make a solid decision. I feel like if I go 4link then the front end won't be enough and I'll just keep upgrading. if I go DMZ SUA the front and rear will be pretty evenly matched travel - wise and then I can just tune the shit out of them and move on to other things on the truck

    Okay so 2 scenarios:
    1. If I have the 4" spindles plus a 2.5" spacer upfront, what would I need to put in the rear for a level? (Aal/block). Also I'm running the 16" Baja rims wrapped in 265/76r16, so what type of backspacing/spacers would I need?

    2. Same scenario as above, only there is no spacer, just the 4" spindle. What would I need for a level? (Aal/block)? And what type of spacers/ backspacing?

    You're fine with the rims. Those have 4.5 BS if I remember correctly.

    As for scenario 1, I wouldn't recommend stacking lifts like that, but hey, it's your truck.

    Scenario 2, I don't know much about blocks, but whatever block gives you about 4 inches over stock, go with that one.

    Or get yourself some expo leafs from All Pro and have a full suspension lift :)
