Pumped for some snow tomorrow. We are piling into soccer mom mobile tonight and heading up to the in-laws place in Maine for thanksgiving. I've got to work tomorrow so I get to drive up to the office in Freeport, and likely back tomorrow night with all the idiots. Should be fun, fortunately the soccer mom mobile is awesome in the snow.

 

Snowpoclypse is coming, snowpoclypse is coming! Can't wait for the Mass Pike shut down later this afternoon...

 

Lol. Maine might lower the limit on I95 to 45 later today, probably just in time for the evening commute. Doesn't matter to me, but the GF might be late getting home. But she's got the Tacoma today, so I have no worries about her making it back fine.

Doubtful. It's supposed to really start snowing heavy just in time for the evening commute. Everybody's going to work today because it's not snowing yet, so they're going to clog the roads tonight.

I tried ordering one but no one can get the savage axis lefty anymore.

So instead I bumped up to the axis XP with a bushnell scope and picked that up last night.

 

Just an update for everyone, traveled home(warwick ny, about an hour north of NYC) started snowing here about 20 minutes ago, been raining/ice since about 7

It still shows as a current production model on Savage's website. I think your gun shop might be yanking you to try and sell you something they had in stock.

 

Nice. Looks fun. Don't get me wrong I love my truck and it's great in the snow, but the 4runner with all that extra weight over the rear axle even on the stock dungflops is just a beast I'm the snow.

 

Nope. Budsgunshop, don's hobby guns, and a few other sites show they have them in stock but if you place an order they tell you after the fact that it's out of stock. Bud's has been out of stock for almost 2 months.... I've been watching Noel

Well that's not an "anymore" scenario, though. That's just a "right now" issue, until they get production caught up. You said 'anymore' like Savage had discontinued the left-handed models.
