That's just the thing. I didn't notice any decrease in perceived quality of interior components in the 2014 Ram in comparison to my 2003. Granted my memory may also not be as good as it used to be. I sold that truck about 6 years ago.

The Tundra has a FAR nicer interior than the Tacoma as well...and doesn't cost that much more.

Wow, I never thought I see someone who wants to ditch their Tacoma for a Dodge. What has the world come to?

I have both, Jeep has better interior, Tacome is just another toy to play with.
Will always own both, mod them, wheel them, and replace what ever they need.
    Check this out.

Ironically one of the best 4x trucks I've ever had was my '72 Dodge Power Wagon.

Hi all, I was in the market for a used Tacoma after 2 Ford lemons. How common and bad is this vibration issue, and what should I look for. I do not want to get stuck with another POS. Sounds like everything else is pretty solid on these trucks and that's what I am looking for.

Prior to getting my Tacoma (my first), I had been doing lengthy reading here on TW and elsewhere. I was getting a little concerned about all the hemming and hawing over the "vibration issue". Then I realized... I've never seen any Official I DON'T Have Vibrations Thread.

Not doubting for one second that the issue is out there and it's real, but nobody announces that they don't have it. Might it be 1:2 (have:not_have)? 1:5? 1:20? Couldn't say from what I've read...

    ... I know I don't have any issue. :)

    72 Power Wagon, great truck.
Big difference compared to a 2012 + Dodge.
Nothing is made to last now.

Ways Tacoma and Dodge are equal:
They are both so great that they named a city after them.
They both come with 4 tires, and a spare if you're lucky.

    Ways that Dodge is better:
Have you ever seen a sports team called the Tacomers? Didn't think so.

    Ways that Tacoma is better:
(Spoken in an SNL Alex Trebek voice): "Pick any feature other than horse power. Any feature at all"

Ignore the vibration and I'm pretty sure it will go away on it's own
