Oh yeah I know what you mean we have 3 different floors, my floor is rehab and acute care, the 2nd is geriatric long term, and the 3rd floor is the Alzheimer's lock down unit, we have 44 residents on each floor and like yours they are active at night.

Black friday is worse than crazy around here. I'll pay full price or order online. Mom works in the ER and we see tons of crazy stuff because of people trying to fight over deals

    Will do.

Gotta put on my T-giving game face to battle with the fam. Always a riot. Always have fun. Just got to keep an eye on the Uncles, they like their wiskey. They start to get kind of loud after they have toasted the clan...lots of times.

With that said, this is the first T-giving that I have completely off in 20 years. Years past I was either going to work directly after dinner or leaving work early to get to the fam dinner. Shift work can be strange with the schedule.

I'll be honest, this shift can be a mofo and I honestly don't believe the mojority of the population could make it work. WE ARE A SPECIAL BREED.

I've actually witnessed 3 individuals get hired in after the months long hiring process, work their first set of midnight shifts, then tell HR they are quitting.

I'm staying home with the grand kids, making popcorn and watching movies. While my crazy kids let themselves get sucked into the madness. Oops, I think my grumpy old man side is showing again.

    Do the same Melissa.

    Hiya Kirk

:woot: for Thanksgiving completely off ... sounds like you've earned one. ;)

    Good question.
    Idk.
Call about a leak when it's raining and it's obvious a roof leak?
But I'm dealing with a good fk up right now. Somebody no longer with us was sent to install 2 new 200lb grinder pumps on a rail system couple months back. Both are shot from leaking thru the cord. I've got one on truck that just came back from manuf and am doing that in am.
