    trd sport with avid off road light bar, avid rock sliders. OEM roof rack, 12' LED light bar, and Sock monkey decals.
    I've found the stair master to kick my ass. An hour of that will burn about 700ish cals. I do that after lifting then do some light running or jump rope to finish up workouts

    Check out IIFYM.com; It's pretty good at estimating how much of a caloric deficit you need to be at, how much of each macro you need, etc. Go to the 'calculators' tab at the top and play with them. They're a huge help

    You have abs under what you're referring to as your gut, you cannot spot lose fat on the stomach by doing leg lifts.

    I did use that calc before for the calories yup. I have another jar of the Milk but I'll have to try some of the suggestions here when that's gone.

    I did also try the Cellucor Super HD when I was traveling for work, just more convenient. Seemed okay..I wonder if a benefit too would be the low calories versus the Lean Burn's 175.

    My secondary thing I forgot is leg strength. I have a junk knee and if the surrounding parts of the leg are stronger it obviously will help carry the load.
