Brandon did miss out on the Bee Swarm...that was nuts!
Had fun and glad everyone got home in one piece. I got pics to upload tmrw too.

It was a tough climb but he got through it fine.

 

soo. i checked out my 7 pin connector because i bent it yesterday, and i found out that i also cracked the connector. lol

 

that's a common thing to happen for the tacos when off roading, i found out the hard way on my very first run...and why sliders are sooo damn important as well haha ..

after my first run i managed to salvage the connector and all i did was leave it off the mounting plate and tucked the connector up and away inside the bumper/hitch area with a zip tie. out of the way and can be easily lowered to use when needed.




good job to everyone who ran cleg yesterday..it was a fun run with a good group of taco owners. no one got hung up, no one needed a strap or winch. and nothing major happened to anyone as far as mechanical break downs or carnage goes..

major kudos to those pre runners who did the by-passes..most excellent!

 

yeah, im just gunna go ahead and do that. lol
im planning on getting rock sliders made with a kickout by one of mpleitez's friends hopefully by the end of this week.

soo whens the next run? lol

 

My 2-day drive from Dallas to SoCal is worth it. Hehehe.

Oh, the bee incident was crazy. You guys started running, so I ran and jumped to truck fast. LOL.

 

Nice pics guys. Derek, the bee pic gives you the award, but then you one-upped it with Darwin's video. Nice!

 

Keep posted of trail runs in the SoCal section. I live in Texas but SoCal guys showed me offroading. SoCal guys are cool..
