I'm really interested 2 C how this turns out. Usually if it's too-good-to-be-true it's too-good-to-be-true. Thanks for any update.

Apparently this was legit. Something called 'JRT Parts Recovery' wanted exhaust parts from a 2011, 12, 13, and 14 and all of us were actually there at the same time. Lucky for the guy with the 11 :D

I guess they mail the card to you but whatever. Doesn't seem to have affected anything and they did my 10k service so <<shrug>>

I like the black stock rims w/ silver center caps. Just the opposite of me!

Here's my lady, a 2015. First picture upload, I hope it works. 2.7/5speed. I have about 4500 miles on it so far. Worst mileage was 20.7, the best was 23.9......couldn't be happier with it! [IMG]

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Awesome! I don't have my 2011 2.7 access cab anymore. Upgraded to a 2004 double cab 3.4 with 76k original miles! Always nice seeing low mileage first gens around here.

I started this thread like 3 years ago, glad to see it's still going strong!

Thanks! I'm still trying to decide if I want to paint them or not. They couldn't powder coat them cause they're plastic obviously.

curious to ask, what mileage do you get usually on the freeway stock??

im selling my truck and considering buying my dads DCSB since he drives 60+ miles 6 days a week for work (for a hell of a deal too). Then they would get a 2.7 ac cab for the fuel mileage and he doesnt need a four door anymore.

I have a 2014 ac cab 4x4 5 spd and pretty much get a consistent 21 mpg mixed driving. 23 is my high on a longer highway trip.

I have a access, 4x4, 5spd, 4cyl, I wouldn't recommend a Tacoma to anyone that is MPG conscious. I avg 20.5 total and around 21 ish on flat level ground at 60mph or less. The real problem comes if your speed limit is 65+ or you live in a hilly area. I have to downshift to 3rd to climb some of the hills on I5 here in Washington.

17-18 running 80mph on the interstate then 19-20 putting around. I missed having a small truck so i bought another. Guess some people have never driven a early 90's Z71 @ 11 mpg....
