    Ok, I got some definitive measurements.

    Mounted the lights measure:
    10 1/4" Tall
    9" Wide
    4 1/2" Deep

    The opening on my '09 grill measures 9 3/4" tall so the lights could fit.

    If it doesn't rain tonight, I'll try to grab some more pics.
