Hahaha great story! My buddy's dad was in tight with the pirates I remember a lot of beer as a kid haha. But yes they bought it in 2001 before the economy tanked, and well, you know the rest. To bad it was a great place!!! And that's a funny story I think I would have done the same.

Not that this is relevant, but my 03 shocks mount completely different from the 05 up models. I found this interesting when helping a 2nd gen buddy out with his lift.

Not sure what a 4Runner is like tho so can't help you there

Going back to stock to trade in for a 4x4, and then putting all new glass and LT and everything on to make it all Purty. Not coming from LT, just a solid MT build.

 

Yup, a little further up the hill. Make sure you check out uncle toms cabin and grab a cold one....that's the best part of the trip..lol

Thanks MJ.....we were about half a mile from Fordyce lake when we ran into the guy who got stuck at night...he said it was very icy and didn't recommend us going any further. So we stopped and headed over to spurling lake I believe is the name....same thing, half a mile away from the lake it started getting nasty so we turned around....it was still a great time....all I have to say in one word is REGEAR lol...I need to gain my power back

lol! looks as though my truck isn't going to be done. Word from Ian that passed by saw my truck sitting outside again. Going by tomorrow to find out whats going on. Unfortunate as it's been so long without any progress. Guess I'm driving it to the meet with no rear shocks or bumper or roof rack lol

 

that blows! Did they even start on it and just taking a break? Or did they not even touch it yet?
