Got mine too. There are threads about it
My 3 leaf pack didn't like much weight but my 4 leaf pack is fine. Funny thing is, I have broke the Deaver AAL that Toytec sells and I broke one of my Chevy springs that I put in doing the OMD mod. Both of those were American made springs. Never had a problem with the Toyota's.
They are reimbursing if you have bought a set. No details yet though.

I'm not one of those 'well of course it broke, it's not 'Murican-made. Whoever Toyota bought the leaf packs through just did not do their homework. I'm surprised you broke the Chevy leaf, the AAL breaking doesn't surprise me too much. I never broke a leaf but I couldn't haul a damn thing with my original 3-leaf pack or the 4 leaf pack they replaced them with.

The 3 leaf would only let me put 400 pounds on it but the 4 leaf with a AAL would hold MUCH more. I had my sled in the bed and towed a 2 place enclosed trailer with at least 300 pound tongue weight plus us 3 guys and our gear and it had no problem at all. Drove 300 miles like that.

It sounds like they had some serious quality control issues with their leaf springs. Some people were fine with the 3-leaf packs, even towing, some people like you were fine with the TSB leafs and some people like me couldn't get the truck to hold weight with either. My sport bike only weighed a little over 400# and neither one of my leaf packs would support it, and that was just with Kendra and I in the cab and no trailer. It almost sounds like some lots were fine while others were junk.

    Psh, that's a .45
    9mm's go "Pew! Pew!"
    45's go "Kerwhump Kerwhump!"

    :D

It does seem to vary from truck to truck. I freighted mine down this summer on the original 3-leaf pack and didn't break anything, and with probably close to 1000lbs in the bed I still wasn't riding on the bumpstops. It was squatting pretty heavily, but I drove it an hour on roads of questionable quality and had no issues with exploding leaves or abnormal bump stop bouncing. :notsure:

Who has a remote start? What manufacturer did you buy? Did you install or have it installed? Who did install and lastly are you happy with it?

Viper Responder LE (5204). Bumper 2 Bumper in Brockton, $500. Flawless install (although I didn't like them using self tapping screws to put my alarm horn in, reused the holes for my lighting grounds). They also didn't install a hood pin, which they gave me their reasons which I do and don't agree with. I had to replace a trim clip that broke. Quite happy with the system, my only knock is that the remote is sensitive and the batteries only last ~1 year.

They did my car, my fiancee's car, her sisters car, our mutual friend's cars. No one has had a single problem with the installation. The fiancee's car's wiring isn't as well secured as I would have done it, but I'm VERY careful when it comes to that stuff.

    I'd recommend them.
