I hadn't touched them in about 3 years. I can do muscle ups on the bar pretty easily, and normal dips just fine. Was in a gym the other day that had a set, and figured I'd try some ring dips. I think the guy beside me thought I was having a seizure. Think I'm going to pick a set up from Rogue to help shoulder stability since it appears I'm lacking.

Starting to get tired of eating chicken all the time. I really need to study food labels so I can add more foods to the diet instead of eating the same thing every day all week long.

    Throw fish in there.

I gotta start counting macros again. I haven't basically since I stopped cutting. Hence why I'm not gaining weight like I want. I'm a slacker. And my gains are suffering because of it :(

That's what I really need to learn to do. I usually throw salmon in there or grilled shrimp. Just don't have any right now but have a lot of chicken still.

When I was cutting, I was eating chicken ALL THE TIME. Got tired of it, so I put salmon/tilapia/trout in there at least once a week. Then I'd try to eat a steak once a week.

I'll probably break it up with some porkchops too. Right now I eat chicken for lunch and dinner everyday

I did, too. Gets old quick. Nothin wrong with throwin some red meat in there. Especially if it helps you stay on track.

I eat the same meals everyday, 6 days a week and cheat like hell on Saturdays. I usually begin getting burned out after a few months, but by then, it's time to switch to cutting, which I'll be doing in Jan. I always pick food I like a lot. If I don't feel like eating chicken, I'll supplement it with a scoop of protein, a pork chop, etc. When bulking, it's much easier to supplement foods (if I don't want a potato, I'll say fuck it and eat fries!). Cutting requires a little more counting calories and macros, but it becomes instinctive after a while. I know within ~25 calories, grams of protein, fat, and carbs I consume everyday

Granted, I do fall off the wagon and under eat A LOT on the weekends, but I've vowed to discontinue that bad habit, as well as cutting drinking alcohol down to 2 days a month. I'm trying to be a little more responsible now that I'm graduating college in 16 days

Yeah I struggle on the weekends with under eating and tend to drink fri and sat nights, not to the point where I'm hammered but usually about 3-4 whiskey and coke zeros each night. Trying to cut it down to one night a week

Same here dude! Evan Williams and Coke Zero. Once I have 1-2, I just stop eating, so I'm only gonna have drinking nights 1-2 times a month, since it's fucking with my gainzz!

It's either Jameson or Tullamore Dew for me. I know it messes with gains but I dunno if I'd be able to cut back to just 1-2 nights a month #marriedwithakid

I read the first sentence and assumed boxing ring, and was like "hell yeah I do." Then I read the second sentence and was like, "Nope! Not me."

Same here. The group of people I hang out with always drinks every Saturday and cook shit, fish, watch football, etc. It's gonna be tough being the lonely guy drinking water. I'm going to at least put it in a solo cup so they don't make fun of me haha. Also, I did just get the Xbox One, so I may just start locking myself in my room on the weekends and playing it :D

I've tried video games and there just aren't that many out there that I like, and when I find one it will hold my attention for maybe one weekend and then I'm over it, lol.

I used to think you were ok...now I know you're an Xbox guy. That's just how Xbox people are...
