im going to order a set for my truck and wonder what you guys think. I have read through a few threads here but have some questions. Im going to put heaters on and I know that is ok with these and I can just apply to OEM seat covers. wondering who has full PVC covers and how that compares to the leather insert. I assume the leather is more durable but not sure. also does the leather look and / or feel better? thanks in advance

is there a big difference in the PVC outer and Leather insert material? enough to justify the extra cost? I think its about $160 difference

they say that the PVC centers have perforation as well.
so you have them and you suggest getting leather? is the material much different from your inner to outer material

OK, old guy stupid question so be kind.

I have thought about seat covers in the past, especially the WO's but never made the move.

Are these a DYI project? Or must they be taken to a shop. I have played around with classic cars with vinyl, hog rings, etc. Not looking for another project like that.

    Thanks for any response.

Not a DIY project at all very easy to do, they just slip right over your seats.

Jp, I've seen you mention that you would have gone gone Clazzio over WO from the start if you knew then what you know now. I'm curious as to why? I've never seen Clazzios in person but they look fantastic in pics. Is it due to looks, durability, less maintenance? Thanks!

I personally have Clazzio in my truck and love them. I went with PVC which has the perforated center insert like leather. I had Clazzio in my 06 xB as well and no issues with over 4 years of experience.

I'll probably try Clazzio on the next truck. I love my Wet Okoles and don't think you can go wrong either way. It will just be fun to try something new.

    Clazzio seat covers,
Same shade ... the leather with the tiny air holes (for lack of better wording) cast a different shade/color in the photo.

    Clazzio seat covers,

Quality ... OEM look ... nice and tight ... form fitting ... don't get me wrong ... the WOs are wonderful ... if I still surfed or more of an outdoorsman the WOs would be the way to go ... but as I said ... I am over the top impressed with the Clazzios.

And they weren't too much more, if any at all, more expensive than the WOs.

Makes a lot of sense. They look ... well classier for lack of a better term. I chose the WO because I have a labrador who is addicted to the beach, we go camping pretty often etc.. Plus I felt they were more in line with the "Sport" theme of my truck. If I had leather seats/covers I think I would be tempted to go leather inserts, suede headliner, wrap the dash in something soft touch.. Basically spruce up the rest of the interior to match the seats lol.

Congrats on the purchase OP we look forward to pics!
