Clearly. But scorpion engravings are further beyond my realm of reasoning.

I just Google'd him. Epic beard. Gun is still tacky IMO, cash doesn't buy class in some cases..

Truth. Not hating on the guy, just poor taste in nice engraving IMO. Love engraved firearms.. scorpion engraving, not so much.

Question here , my sister has a colt and is going to hand it to me. Do we need to visit a shop to do all the transfer paper work or do we just fill out the federal form and do a family transfer?

You have to go to a shop. According to California, your sister is not family and it's just like any other transfer. Personally, and this is horrible advice, if it's not papered...I'd keep it that way.

Ya. Technically the sister could give it to dad but not if dad knew it was going to brother, then at a later date give it to brother...but I ain't a lawyer. I had to move out of California because everything I like to do is a felony there. One state away it's not only legal, it's socially acceptable! :D

That's a way to beat the system.

My brother In law is the one who gave me my 1911 and all he did was put it in a box and say merry Christmas lol

Horrible? I'd say it's pretty good advice actually. I'm not as hip on all the unconstitutional firearms laws as most though and feel that civil disobedience is my duty as a Patriot of this nation. Since you live in California you may not hold your liberties in as high regard as I do though. ;)
