Help my fix my office door handle!

I keep my door open anyway...the trick is to face your computer screen away from the door so you can still surf the internet and it looks like you're productive...

You have to understand...it's a LIMITED!!!

 

I forgot to put the grab back back in my runner. I'm tempted to run down to Walmart for one lol

 

It's just 2 phillips screws , cmon man

 

I'm telling you folks. It's not hitting the finishing plate. I am sure that there has been a pin inserted to stop it from coming out

 

I've used a knife, key, and ruler as a screwdriver before. There must be a solution.

 

I am having trouble believing we don't have a small tool kit here somewhere

 

1) Sign up for the Team B TWSS and ask for a multi-tool to keep in your glovebox at all times.

2) Hang your head in shame and walk around the office and ask anyone if they have a screwdriver.

3) Call you maintenance team and ask them to fix the door. Tell them you drive a chevy neon as to not shame us.

There is no pin in the mechanism...just stuck a paperclip all the way through it

 

Shine a flashlight in there and see if there's anything jamming the mechanism?
