    Just got done killing arms and shoulders. That Myogenix prework is no joke. I took a big rounded scoop today and I was in the freaking zone!



    triceps rope pulldowns: 10 sets of 10 @ 200 lbs

    straight bar curls: 10 sets of 10 @ 110 lbs

    dumbbell side lat raises: 3 sets of 10 w/ 25 lb dumbbells

    incline bench reverse dumbbell flys: 3 sets of 10 w/ 25, 25, 20 lb dumbbells

    trap rows: 3 sets of 10 @ 105

    I've been tanning once a week for 10 mins and my quads have only grown a little. I can't believe how well that shit works! It looks like my legs have put on 10 lbs...still not as big as yours though

    Either got them or you don't. Mine are the reason why I don't fit into skinny jeans...well, that and because I'm straight. However, I don't think I'll ever get the bicep vein.

    Dude tell me about it! My waist is like a 30 on a good day, 28 sometimes lol and my quads are just about 26 and my hips like a 41-42 if i remember right. I gota buy 34s wear a belt and they still are tight in the legs

    This, i do work my calves though once a week on leg day and just use the seated calf raise machine and the leg press. But calves are 90% genetic.

    This is my girlfriends mom, shes like 4 foot 11 and works out off and on but her calves dwarf mine

    lol I had to look that up to see what it is. Hard alcohol is out of my league as I drink so seldom, but some hard alcohols are zero carb as you know.

    Yeah I have big muscular calves and always have. I haven't met anybody who put inches on their calves. The wife tries but she has made only modestly small gains, they sure look split though. I just hit them once a week and never hammer them. My quads/hams/glutes get hammered though.

    Same here. I did legs today, front squats, leg press, leg exensions, leg curls, straight leg deadlifts, and 3x10 on seated calf raises

    Glad I'm not the only one

    I have visible veins in my bi's under the skin, they just don't pop like I want them to. I think that's due to me being at about 14-15% bf right now. When I get down to 9-10% (hopefully) after Jan, hopefully them bad boys will pop out.

    As for pants fitting, I'm screwed too. I hate really baggy pants and really skinny pants, so I've always worn like a relaxed fit, but now they look like skinny jeans above the knee lol. It's completely worth it though b/c I'm finally getting the quads I want to where I can wear my Chubbies shorts.

    (for those who don't know about Chubbies, they're the greatest shorts on the damn planet. Sky's out, thighs out)

    My calves are very defined though I can't get any size on them. Years of boxing... I've probably spent more time on my toes than most ballerinas.

    No bicep vein, even when my body fat is low. My 5'4" size O wife? Vascular as a mofo.
