just from the pictures I think, bumper, lower air dam, bumper top trim piece, maybe bumper mounting brackets, headlights, grille, and hood is all that looks to be different but it may also require a different radiator cradle for everything to mount to seeing as the hood latch position may be different. in other words the wiring and side fenders and the frame should be the same but the rest may all need changing.

if you are looking to do this buy a wrecked truck that was rear ended with the tranny and engine missing and you should be able to have all the donor parts you might need and they sell whats left when you are done to someone looking for your parts but that is a whole lot of work for not that much of a change in looks IMHO

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
If your truck was black, we could just trade straight across! I like the 95-97 front clips better, has the twinge of old school Toyota pickup to em.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
In addition to all the parts mentioned above, you'll also need a core support for an 01-04 Taco as they have the correct headlight mounting points.

Less and less first gens period. I rarely see them around here, 2nd gens have taken over.

you sure about that? I don't think the fenders changed at all during those years, just everything in front of them AFAIK, but I could be wrong.

just curious to know things for sure

Be easier to zawzall the front end off in front of the doors on both trucks and just weld the frames back together
