    6 inch lift on a 05 SR5 TSS
    6 inch Procomp Lift, 35 inch Mud Terrains.
    I have a 05 Prerunner with a 2.5 inch toytec lift with 2.5 inch spacers, I want to put 33 inch tires on so I wanted to lift it a little more, can I add 2 inch spacers to lift it higher?

    No, bad call. Just get a full 3" lift and that should clear those tires. If not, keep your current spacer and add a 1" body lift. I'm sure there are other options out there, but the one you asked is NOT one of them.

    I don't want to do any cutting, what about cranking the torsion bar, and how high will it lift it?

    You dont have torsion bars, so you wont get any lift from them. :D

    3" coils springs added to a spacer will make your ride horrible. If you are really searching for more clearance, you may need to lookinto a drop bracket type lift. The addition of a body lift is a sound idea.

    Well, I was trying to save some money, the cheapest 6 inch lift I found was $1300, and if I did get a 6 inch, I've heard that I will need new gears and my transmission will die not long after I put the lift on. Are these statements true?

    Gearing is dictated by the size tires you run. Since you are a Prerunner, another option to consider would be some 4" lift spindles. Less than a drop bracket lift. But, if you are going to be running larger than 33" tires you may want to consider re-gearing. :)

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    u can run 33's on a 2.5" lift. u will have a lil trimming to do, but it'll work. roxspin has 33's on 2.25" spacers...if u dont wanna trim what u have, the next cheapest route will be to buy some cheap 3" spacers to replace the 2.5's that u have. coils will run way more than a 3" spacer

    Keep in mind also, you won't be trimming metal. You'll have to remove your front mudflaps and probably trim some inner fender plastic.

    I defintly won't be going any bigger than 33's, so I guess i'll get the 4 in. spindle lift. :confused: I've never heard of this, can u explain what it is, how much it costs, and what website I can find it at. Thanks it will help a lot.

    I cant remember the name of the lift. Checkout Wheelers off road. I think they sell it. Its a good lift for those of us that have a Prerunner. :)

    Procomp only has a 6 in. lift(too much money) and trail masters had only a 3 inch lift, so I guess i'm going to get the 3 inch toytec spacers unless their are any other suggestions... Could I buy the 2.5 in. shocks from toytec and keep my spacers?
